Working principle

Rubber pavers are made by mixing pre-treated rubber particles (usually recycled rubber or new rubber) with adhesive, after heating and stirring, through the machine's paver device evenly spread on the ground. By controlling the thickness, width and laying speed of the material, the machine ensures a smooth and even final surface.

Major component

Feeding system: Responsible for transporting rubber pellets and other mixed materials to the paving section.

Mixing device: the rubber particles are fully mixed with the adhesive to ensure the uniformity of the material.
