(1) The particle size of sand and gravel, the grade of cement and the mixing ratio should meet the requirements of the mechanical performance of the pump according to the requirements of the factory manual.
(2) The parking brake and locking brake of the pumping equipment should be used at the same time, the tires should be wedged tightly, the water supply should be normal, the water tank should be filled with clean water, there should be no debris in the hopper, and each lubrication point should be lubricated normally.
(3) All bolts of pumping equipment should be tightened, pipe joints should be tightened and sealed, and protective devices should be complete and reliable.
(4) At the beginning of each part of the operation, the adjustment handle, handwheel, control rod, cock, etc. should be in the correct position. The hydraulic system should be normal and leak-free.
(5) Prepare cleaning pipes, cleaning supplies and other related devices. Before the operation, the pipeline must be lubricated with cement mortar prepared according to the regulations. Unrelated personnel must leave the pipeline. (6) The outriggers should be fully extended and supported firmly, and the boom should not be started before they are fixed. The boom can only be rotated after the support is raised. When the boom is extended, it should be done in sequence. It is strictly forbidden to use the boom to lift or drag objects.
